"I booked and paid for this journey and received an email in confirmation I was even charged a booking fee. This driver never turned up or contacted me. I finally got hold of ‘Abdullah’ at taxi code who gave me a number for the driver 02078701212. This number does not exist. I also phoned Bilik Limited and the phone rang off each time at least 3 times. This resulted in me having to pay for another taxi, cheaper I might add. I am demanding that the fee you charged me is reimbursed as soon as possible "

"We are still waiting We was left stranded at Manchester airport which we had no alternative to pay for a black cab to take us home First of all the man said the driver could t wait as we was delayed then he said he didn’t have our flight number (if that was the case how did he know when to come in the first place) we did check the return arrangements with our outbound driver who was fabulous. The man that I spoke to on the phone said that we would have to wait for another hr as it was our fault, I explained that we was sat on the runway for a couple of hrs trying to get out of the hurricane. which was no good to us as we has booked a executive car this was totally unacceptable So I am expecting to be reimbursed for my return journey I would appreciate it if you would get back to me asap "
